It’s the Nato Sessions’ first REMATCH. Back in Episode 11 I talked with comedian and writer (and gay) Guy Branum. In Episode 16, I talked with comedian and progressive icon and politician (and gay) Tom Ammiano. After I recorded the episode with Tom, I ran into him at a political function. He said we had to tape a follow-up to talk about camp as the indigenous gay form of humor. How could I say no?

Guy would not be denied the opportunity to participate, so here I am, a fly on the wall, as these two brilliant and funny people dissect gay humor in all its gayness.

Tom mentioned the Widow Norton as his favorite historic example of camp. Here’s some footage of that:

Enjoy Tom Ammiano, Guy Branum, and me, as we discuss camp, drag, HBO’s Looking, and homophobia.
